This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Pure Compounding Labs (“Pure Compounding Labs,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This Policy forms part of the Pure Compounding Labs Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1All Sales Are Final (No Returns)

Pure Compounding Labs does not accept returns of any products — open or unopened — under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated in Section 4 (Damaged / Incorrect Items Review).

This policy is essential to maintain:

• Sterility and purity of research compounds
• cGMP chain-of-custody integrity
• Regulatory compliance
• Prevention of tampering and contamination
• Laboratory safety standards

Once products leave our facility, they cannot legally or safely be returned, restocked, or reused.

2Product Nature – Research Use Only

All Pure Compounding Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, or diagnostic use.

Because these are sensitive, non-consumable research materials:

• Returns cannot be accepted
• Refunds are not provided
• Only verified issues may qualify for replacement/store credit
• Pure Compounding Labs retains sole discretion over all claim decisions

3Order Cancellations

3.1 Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled only if Pure Compounding Labs receives your cancellation request before your order enters processing or ships. Orders typically enter processing within 1–4 hours of being placed.

3.2 Non-Cancelable Once Processing Begins

Once an order is being prepared, packaged, or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.

3.3 How to Request Cancellation

Email support@purecompoundinglabs.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” and include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for cancellation

If your order has not yet entered processing, a cancellation may be granted. If not, your request will be denied.

4Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

While all products undergo inspection prior to shipment, issues may occasionally occur during transit. Pure Compounding Labs will only review replacement/credit requests under the criteria below.

4.1 Required Reporting Window

You must report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

4.2 Required Documentation

To initiate a claim, email support@purecompoundinglabs.com with subject “Order Issue – Claim Request” and include all of the following:

• Order number
• Written description of the issue
• Photos of the product(s), vial(s)/container(s), lot number/batch number, security seals, internal packaging, and shipping box/external condition
• Video is recommended for verification
• Any tracking discrepancies

4.3 Photo Verification & Lot Number Requirement

Pure Compounding Labs may request additional photos, videos, or documentation, including close-up of lot numbers, seal integrity, packaging condition, and product labels. Claims cannot be processed without verifiable evidence.

4.4 Pure Compounding Labs’ Sole Discretion

Pure Compounding Labs retains the exclusive right to determine whether a claim is valid, qualifies for replacement, qualifies for store credit, or does not qualify for any remedy. All decisions are final and made solely at Pure Compounding Labs’ discretion.

4.5 Remedies (If Approved)

If a claim is approved, Pure Compounding Labs may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement product, provide store credit, or provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in rare, exceptional cases at Pure Compounding Labs’ sole discretion.

5Shipping Issues & Non-Delivery

5.1 Risk of Loss

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is provided to the carrier. Pure Compounding Labs is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by customer
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Stolen packages

5.2 Incorrect Addresses

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, Pure Compounding Labs is not liable for reshipment, and no refund or replacement will be provided. Reshipment may be offered at cost, at Pure Compounding Labs’ discretion.

6International Orders

7Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree:

You will not file chargebacks for issues covered by this Policy. Chargebacks are considered a breach of contract.

7.2 Improper Chargebacks May Result In:

• Account termination
• Placement on internal restricted lists
• Submission to fraud/chargeback databases
• Legal action and recovery of disputed amount, processor fees, administrative costs, and collection costs

7.3 Legitimate Fraud

If a true unauthorized transaction occurred, Pure Compounding Labs will fully cooperate with your financial institution.

8Refund Processing (If Issued at Discretion)

If Pure Compounding Labs approves a refund (rare):

• Refund is issued to original payment method only
• Refunds exclude shipping fees
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

9Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Pure Compounding Labs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping information
• Inspect orders immediately upon delivery
• Report issues within 48 hours
• Follow product handling requirements
• Use products only for lawful research purposes

10Force Majeure

Pure Compounding Labs is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or carrier failures.

11Modifications to This Policy

Pure Compounding Labs may update this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.

13Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Pure Compounding Labs, you acknowledge that:

• You understand these products are for research use only
• All sales are final
• You understand the 48-hour reporting requirement
• You will provide full photo/lot verification if needed
• Pure Compounding Labs maintains sole discretion over all claims
• You will not file chargebacks contrary to this Policy
